Invitation letter and Visa information
Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be provided by the conference organizers upon request. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. It should be understood that the letter of invitation is meant to help members obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or visa.
VISA Application Process
Qatar welcomes travelers from all over the world. Citizens from 80 countries can obtain a visa free-of-charge upon arrival at the airport. You must present a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and a confirmed onward or return ticket.
Please check the following website to know if your country is among those in the visa waiver program: https://www.qatarairways.com/en/visa-free-arrival.html. Kindly note that we do not hold any liability towards this information.
VISA for Counties Not on the Waiver List
